• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Opened or used products (due to health & safety regulations).

• Gift cards and promotional items.

• Final sale or clearance products.

💵 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges

• Only replaced if defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
