🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📍 Shipping Rates & Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate $5.99

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (U.S. only)

🌎 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not yet available (planned for future expansion).

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

  • Asali Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
